What software components do I need ?

You need the VR Pack (VR Library for authoring / VR Publisher for deploying)

The number of VR Publisher license you need depends on the piSight model and the hardware architecture. See Quadro_Plex and VR_MultiGPU_CPU for more information with multi-GPU architectures

You need at least Virtools 4.0 SP2 (e.g VRPack 2.0.5)

How do I setup the VRNR ?

Use the VRNR with VRNR_Display_Sensics.cfg provided with Virtools 4 / VR Pack
- Edit C:\Program Files\Virtools\Virtools 4.0\VRPack\VRNRSamples\VRBaseSample.cfg
- Setup the appropriate tracking parameters using VRNR_Navigation_HeadAndWand.cfg
Clone or directly use VRNav (C:\Program Files\Virtools\Virtools 4.0\VRPack\VRNRSamples\VRNav)
Or run any of the VRNRSamples demos (VRPlane and VRDuck)

Sensics provides a script (SxVt) which updates the alignment parameters in VRNR_Display_Sensics.cfg, and the computer layout in VRBaseSample.cfg. The script can be run with the "Sync Virtools" shortcut provided as part of the Sensics calibration software.

Note that since Virtools 4 SP3 (4.0.0.90), it is now possible to have per pannel distance setting. This was has not yet been added on the Sensics side (SxVt)
