3d Transformations>Basic: Rotate
Description
Make a target object rotate a specified number of degrees per frame, corresponding to user-specified coordinate axes.
Parameters
Target (3D Entity): Select a target object that you want to rotate
Axis of Rotation: Dimension(s) of rotation will occur in the non-zero valued dimensions (e.g., X: 0 Y: 1 Z: 0 makes the cube rotate around the Y axis that corresponds to the Referential - see below).
Angle of Rotation: Degrees of rotation to turn each frame. Positive or negative values are accepted to dictate rotation direction. "Turn" refers to the number of complete turns (i.e., 360 degrees) per frame.
Referential: The axes of rotation will correspond to the coordinate system of the item selected from the list. For example, selecting the option NULL causes the object to rotate according to the world coordinate axes. Selecting any other item from the list in the pulldown menu makes the axes of rotation correspond to the selected item's coordinate axes.
Hierarchy: If TRUE (checked), this building block also applies to the 3D entity's children.
